I have lost 11 lbs since 02/29/2012.

Hello Sparkfamily
I weighed in today and my weight has not changed since thursday. I now have lost 11 lbs since 02/29/2012. I am working hard to stay on track, it's so difficult when you are the only one in at home on a diet for the rest of your life. But thats how it is and there is nothing that I can do to change that. I have worked out now 3 times a week since March 15 and I am looking forward to the workout on the Gazelle. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day this week for my workout. I am now up to 40 minutes with the warmup and cooldown added in. I am going to physical therapy 3 times a week and I am working out on the Gazelle 3 days a week. I am able to walk with less pain now and that is good too. I will see what tomorrow brings for my weigh in. Until tomorrow family much love from me to you, Lenoire. emoticon

    emoticon Lenoire on your 11 pounds. U go girl. I thought I was doing well with 7 dwn so far.

    I find it much easier to stay on track when I am alone. I rarely keep anything in the house I shouldn't be eating. I cook in batches sometimes and put things in the freezer. This way I keep my cooking talents in tact in case I get lucky.(wink)

    Congratulations on your weight loss so far, Lenoire! I'm glad to hear that your pain has lessened already. Try not to think of it as a diet for the rest of your life. Think of it as being in control of the rest of your life. The modifications get easier and soon enough, you won't miss the 'bad' foods as much. The temptation pretty much subsides, as well.
