As part of my weekend challenge for BLC 18 I'll be reflecting on my progress for the next few days.
: I got 100% on the weekend challenge. I completed some light exercise, even though today was a rest day before my run. I did not stress eat at work today.
: I only tracked my breakfast today and nothing else for the rest of the day. Therefore I don't know if I stayed within my calorie range.
: I ran a 5K! I did fairly well on the weekend challenge. I made time for "me" today.
: I did not track my food and I know I went over my calorie range.
: I tracked my food and stayed in range. I got 100% on the weekend challenge. I accomplished some work and things around the house that needed to be done.
: I only did the GOYBADs for cardio. I could have done more.
: I tracked most of my food. I walked for 3 miles and did some light ST. I did fairly well overall on the weekend challenge.
: I should have tracked ALL of my food.
