I overslept this morning thinking I might have the day off to workout and get stuff done, then ended up taking a job a little after 6. That meant heading into work without any energy and needing to find time to get in a workout later in the day. I finally did, at 9:30pm. Ugh. But, I did get my bike back today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to find some time to take it out. I need to figure out what my cardio will be since I have a 15K race on Sunday and I'm not going to do 2 long runs back to back. Luckily I only need to burn ~300 calories to meet my goal for the week.
Goals for tomorrow:
80+ oz water
AM workout: 30-45 minutes cardio and/or toning +boot camp video
PM workout: None
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 12pm
