gym time

I find that if I just go to the gym and make a program for the day rather than pre-plan one for the ,month I seem to be more motivated to stay longer. when I would plot out a program for certain machines with certain time limits I would get discouraged but when I just go and find a machine and then decide how long I seem to stay on it longer and get more of a workout. so far this month I have lost 2lbs and Im highly motivated to loose all 35 by the end of the summer...
