Dear SparkGuy and/or SparkGuy's Helpers,
I'm SparkFriends with someone who has 'written' to you in the past - and I'm not sure if it was SparkGuy or a helper, but she was answered. I thought - I have comment to make - maybe SparkGuy can help me - especially since the problem was caused by the recent 'technical difficulties' on the site.
I had a HUGE SparkStreak going for awhile there. . .then we had the freak October, 2011 snowstorm which knocked out power, etc. I tried to remember to spin the SparkWheel every day at work because I couldn't get on at home for about a week. One day, I was so busy at work that I forgot - and my SparkStreak was broken.
So ... I started another and missed a day. I started AGAIN - this time on 1/1/12 and vowed to spin the wheel EVERY day! Well, the other morning, I signed into SparkPeople only to get a notice that you were having technical difficulties. I tried several more times during the day and ultimately went 24 hours without spinning the wheel - through no fault of my own, but the fact that the site was having problems.
Can you guys give me my SparkStreak back or do I have to start over again? (I'm at 2 days again right now). . .I figured that it really couldn't hurt to ask. . .THANKS so much for your attention and consideration of this request!
