Wed: 4 mile run. 3 miles on arc trainer later at gym and weights session.

Fri: 2 mile walk at lunchtime.

McKays Hollow Madness trails 25K tomorrow. I'm going to give it all I'm worth, and it'll probably take all that and more!

Will probably be muddy.
