Libby's Nutrition Challenge 3/23/12

Gum! I love chewing gum. Good for my teeth and it prevents some snacking. I am always surprised by all the flavors of gum available. I tend to prefer the mint flavors, but my daughter and son like to try them all.

What is your favorite food / recipe / tool that has helped you on this weight loss journey?

    I have not tried Artic Zero, but have it on my shopping list for this weekend.

    My new favorite treat snack ARCTIC ZERO. 150 calories for a PINT. Now, the OLD me would have wolfed that down, but the NEW me . . . nope! 1/2 c = 37 calories. Wonderful!

    I second the gum idea. Also drinking water or plain hot tea. And the old fall-back brushing my teeth.
