All week I have been trying to decide what to do as far as my workout plans go--I usually use my rowing machine everyday but that gets to be sooo boring! I was dreading doing it because it seemed like it took forever to burn the calories I was aiming for. So I was looking into what kind of things I think I would enjoy as far as exercise goes and came up with buying an exercise bike or an elliptical thingy...the only problem is that we have NO money ( really it is true--absolute zero at the end of the month after food and bills), so that was out of the question. So what do...?
I looked up some of the exercise videos that Sparkpeople had on the fitness page and tried out the 10 minute jump rope workout with Coach Nicole. I really enjoyed it and it was a great workout in only 10 minutes! So I looked up some more vids and also did the 10 minute kick boxing workout--I loved it! And after all it was a lot of fun and cheap and it satisfied my fitness goals for the day :)
So thank you Coach Nicole and Sparkpeople--you help me out so much !
