sore feet & sweat

Having a great day today !! Feeling & eating good ( funny how those always seem to go together )
I went for a long 3.5 mile walk today in the very warm New England sun. Temps around 80 today and not a cloud in the sky. I'll tell you, it's not pretty being a 360 pound guy walking up hills in the 80 degree sun. My walk lasted an hour & 15 minutes and my shirt, shorts and everything was drenched. The walk felt great but now my feet are a good bit sore. 360 is a lot of pressure on my poor little feet. Definitely worth it and nothing that won't feel better by tonight or tomorrow morning.

I decided to go on this long walk after my girlfriend was complaining about how much her legs hurt from the gym and yard work she did. I figured that was a clue that she might not want to go to the gym tonight when she gets out of work. So noon time comes and she is here on her lunch and ask me if I will be ready for the gym when she gets home. Well that was a surprise! So I will be heading off to the gym tonight for my second workout of the day.
It should be a great day for burning calories !! I may reach 1,000 calories burned today. I burned 495 on my walk and I usually burn about 500 at the gym. I think I'll be sticking with the bike tonight to keep the pressure of my sore feet.

**edit** Did not make it to the gym tonight but thats ok by me, my feet are sore !!

    By the way, be sure to measure inches, waist, thighs, biceps, chest, etc. The scale may not always give you the true picture and can make you feel like you didn't do so well even though you exercised your buns off and ate good within your range. The inches lost will make you feel good even if the scale doesn't. emoticon

    I have sore feet most of the time. I still keep it up though. The man I told you about had sore feet for a while in the beginning. Get back to me and let me know if his page is motivating for you.
You walked a lot. Wish I could do that much. Maybe in time I will.
Have a great gym workout. Try weights, no walking on those sore feet tonight. I take an Advil for relief sometimes. Helps get through.
