    Yes! I'm trying really hard to do this. Some days I have around 800 calories. For awhile, while I was losing weight, I would do 500 calorie fasts for prolonged periods of time. Now I'm trying to just make it part of my lifestyle- less than 1000 at least a couple times per week.
