I started stretching again with the January Jumpstart challenge. I love that Coach Nicole includes a stretching segment in each of the videos at the end of the workout.

    I'm with you! I can tell when I don't stretch out enough after a workout. It is so important.

    Great job Anne. Glad to see your back home and on track for losing the sodium. I think that was my problem last week. This is the first week I have gained in over a month.

I admire you when in class and you spend the time on your bike. I wish I had a web cam and mike.
