Back to using more detailed trackers....

I've decided that the quick trackers make it way too easy for me to just not track anything... and then i slowly stopped paying attention to what/how much i was eating. I know I have issues with just blowing off the rest of a day if I can not easily track food, such as when others are cooking or i am eating out.... but not sure what the easiest way to deal with it is.... but I am coming to realize that solving this problem is the key to me losing weight much more easily/efficiently.
