For a long time, I've had a slow but steady loss, bringing me from 210 to 170's. I was ecstatic when the needle on the scale was finally below 180. however, since then (Early February) I have been back and forth around the mid 70's. I really thought I would meet my goal of being 170 by the end of March but the scale hasn't been friendly lately. Today I'm going to weigh-in in about 30 minutes and if I don't see a drop, I'll have to come up with a new plan of action. I know it's not the food, it has to be the activities, my body needs a different challenge. I really wanted to do more running but the allergies are killing me and it's not warm enough yet for swimming. My hubby's ankle hasn't been holding on well so tennis is not an option either. I'm really out of cheap affordable options. Any suggestions?
