The decision for today is what class to do at the gym. Two days ago I decided to take a class called Belly Butt Thighs, which I have done in the past but not for a while. I love this class because it works out the areas I really need to tone. the issue I am having today is that I am still sore! Do I take the class again today and hope that it "works" out my soreness or do I take it easy and just exercise on a cardio machine and then take pilates? Why is it so hard to decide. Is it my brain convincing my body not to overdo it? Or is it a lame excuse to not workout hard?
