Liking Yourself

Its amazing how we so easily feed ourselves negative thoughts over positive ones. Today, i am making a stand. I will learn to like myself. I will like my natural curves. I will like my height. I will like my fitness routines. I will like the number on the scale because i know that i am healthy. I will like myself so that others will too. I will be positive so that it is contagious to everyone i come in contact with. No more will i allow negative thoughts bring me down. Because today I will stand.

    Tell me that you are still making your stand today and share with me what it is you would like to change and how your planning to do so. (Only because I'm selfish and I want to see if your advise can help me!)
