I have been very absent for the past week, both from SP and from life.
Trying to get back in the swing of things but it is difficult finding the energy to exercise when I still haven't got my appetite back. Am forcing food but still only eating about 400-500 calories a day and I know I need to eat more and I want to eat more so I can go for a run and not feel like I am dying.
I did manage to eat my normal breakfast this morning, first time since last Tuesday and so far no tummy troubles. Maybe this is a good sign that things are returning to normal.
