Hooray for me! I did it... It only took the entire 2 full days, but I accomplished everything on my '2-Day To Do List' (in which all items had to be completed during my 2 days off from work).
So, how have I been doing otherwise? I've eaten the healthiest meals possible (at home & at McDonald's) utilizing various apps on my IPad, I've kept up w/ my (personal) blog, etc.
So, what's next? Creating a habit forming energy (of sorts). To do this, I'll continue my focus on eating healthy (daily), maintaining a clean apartment (weekly), & blogging. I will also be adding a focus on exercise (which I seem to have been slacking on).
So, what's my plan for success? 1) Utilizing the tools provided here (SP), 2) Creating an 'Accomplishment Goal Sheet' (in which I get a star for everything I do daily or weekly / At the end of each month, I'll give myself a treat of some sort if I accomplish everything listed daily or weekly). My hope is that utilizing this goal sheet to chart my accomplishment(s) will help create life changing habits.
