My New Trainer

Okay funny story here: I joined a weightloss group for 12 weeks, it's week 10 and I have lost 14 pounds so far. My goal is to lose 20 pounds at the end of the group in 2 weeks, so I need to lose 6 more pounds. My eating plan is doing pretty good, but I haven't started a regular exercise routine yet. I thought about it on my way home and decided to ask my dear hubby to be my personal trainer for the next 2 weeks. I had just got home and was changing into my night gown for the evening, and dear hubby says well if your really serious you will go outside right now and walk to the creek and back! That's probably about a half mile. I had excuses like I just put my night gown on, its getting late, I meant tomorrow, etc. His response was we live in the country who cares if you are in your night gown, its not dark yet, and if your serious get going! So, I put on my tennis shoes and a robe, grabbed my music player and walked to that creek and back! When I walked in the door he gave me a high five and I said see I am serious! Now I am thinking if it was a good idea to ask dear hubby to be my personal trainer, lol.
