I am happy to report that Im actually making progress :)
When I started back on SparkPeople last week I weighed 198 lbs. which is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I have been walking and working out everyday and when I weighed in today it actually showed. I weighed in at 194 lbs!!
I lost 4 lbs. in 1 week just by walking and working out to the strength training exercises SparkPeople assigns to me everyday (yes I do it 7 days a week otherwise I would forget to do it) and also by working out to a DVD I have called Valerie Bertenelli Loosing It And Keeping Fit. I would recommend this DVD to anyone it is geared for people to use it everyday of any fitness level whether you are beginner or advanced LOVE IT!
I am proud of myself for actually sticking to it this time and I wish everyone the same success.
