I finally feel like something has 'clicked' in this journey to get rid of this unnecessary extra poundage I have put on. While I wouldn't consider myself 'fat', I would definitely consider myself out of shape. I think because I'm petite the extra pounds that I have gained, show. Good news is that I am still going with the water drinking, and I haven't drank a Pepsi in at least THREE weeks (I think I stopped drinking Pepsi about the time that I deleted my Facebook account). And while I haven't been exercising as regularly as I would like, I am still exercising more than I had been in the past. Today I am going to create an exercise schedule that consists of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and the Six Week Abs DVDs, as well as running at least 5 miles per week. To keep up with my accountability to myself I also am going to write a daily blog and take a weekly picture...I can do this!!!
