So here we go again. It's hard for me to write. I'm not really sure who is gonna read this.
It's been like almost 2 years since I did a blog entry.

What is changed is i'm smoking again I'm working too much & i live with my brother now.

Lost any weight. I'm still just over 300 pounds.

Not really sure what to do just to get motivated.

Part of the problem is that i dont have a regular set schedule. So its hard to sustain anything.

I'll be alright. I'll be ok.

    I know how you feel I to can't seem to loose my weight. I just gain and gain I start well each day but screw up in the evening, I eat . But I will not give up.

    I'm reading :) ...starting (at that starting over) really always seems like the hardest part doesn't it?

    Not to be cliche...but you CAN do this! you can...just pick a couple of habits to start developing a streak with... (ie will drink 8 glasses of water a day & will exercise in some fashion 5-10 minutes everyday)....once the streak takes you feel so good it makes it easier to expand your focus & see your goals are attainable.

    You can do it! Envision what you want your life to be life and go towards that baby step at a time. Small changes over time...bring big results. emoticon
