Day 4 - 2 Week Experiment

Just a short entry tonight.
It's been a busy day, lots of running again (and not with my feet).

Food went well. I went with my sons to see a movie tonight. Popped my own popcorn, it was good and I didn't feel deprived. I've had all my water and will enter all my food tomorrow.

I don't know what's up with Spark. I tried to finish entering my food tonight and I could find the food, but I couldn't click it to enter it. So, I'll try again then.

Energy Level is better, maybe a 3.4 and stress level feels lower.

Onward we go...
