I didn't get as much as I had anticipated on my agenda today, but I think I did okay despite the circumstances.
Today, I ran some errands & got 2 rooms in my apartment cleaned up. As my agenda is a 2-day list, I'll have a busy day tomorrow cleaning the remaining 2 rooms in my apartment, going on the 'road trip' to find the location for my Friday meeting, etc.
How did I do otherwise... Although I only ate 1 (healthy) meal at home, I did okay staying w/in my calorie, fat, carb & protein range by planning my dinner @ McDonald's accordingly using the FastFood App on my IPad. My back was bothering me today, so I wasn't able to exercise (bummer).
Hmmm... What else? I picked up the book & DVD I ordered (book: 'Tiny Buddha: Simple Wisdom for Life's Hard Questions, DVD: the SP 28 Day Boot Camp).
All that's left for tonight is to create my (personal) blog entry.
