I joined a group today that has a goal of being 199 by 12/12/12.
I have total faith that I can do that but at the same time the thought is a bit overwhelming.
I will do what I have done so far and break it in to small chunks. 10 pounds at a time is how I am working this. At the end of each 10 pounds, I treat myself to something I really enjoy. 5 more pounds and I am going to see Titanic in 3D!
I will get there!
199 here I come!
