Week 2- Spring is here

Well, this week is getting off to a very good start both for diet and exercise. I have been drinking tons of water and getting lots of exercise, Spring and the warm weather have arrived so getting out there is feeling even better. Lately I have been realizing that part of my overeating problem has been stemming from boredom, so yesterday I made a list of things to do when bored ( and small housetasks that I normally wouldn't think about). Things on the list include reading a book, going for a walk and calling someone. I am starting to realize that I don't have man hobbies and would like to find more things that I enjoy doing Does anyone out there have a suggestion? I am open :). Looking forward to trying new things and enjoying this prelude to summer !

    Yeah! Realizing that boredom is a trigger is awesome!

Hobbies - hmmmm do you have a bike? Maybe that would be a good thing for you. Do you have access to places to swim?

Will keep thinking about ideas... I don't know much about you to be able to be much help I am afraid. Lol
