Well I've been doing some looking into it and I'm going to start a new approach tomorrow. I'm still trying to get more water in during the day so I bought a 28oz water bottle for at work. Hopefully that will encourage me to drink even more. I've also started to drink more at night.
Tomorrow I'm going to get back into doing my strength training which has fallen by the wayside lately with how busy I've been. But also another major change I'm going to try to make is my food. Since I've been struggling with losing weight but have been working out a lot, I can only assume that it has to do with my food choices...which doesn't surprise me. So starting tomorrow I'm going to start the Slim-fast plan and see how that works out. I'm actually pretty excited about it.
Hopefully I'll have good news soon.
