3.1 for 31 Days

I had decided that this month I would do my own challenge of getting in 3.1 miles each day for the 31 days of March. I could walk, run or ride a bike. No driving a car though! That's cheating. ;)

I've kept with it every single day. YAY! I've done it at night, in the morning, and even in the rain. But it feels so good to make a commitment to something and stick with it.
