This week is starting out pretty good,(I hope I don't jinx my self)went to therapy today and worked on my knee for 45 minutes. So I am a little tired right now. And for some reason I am hungry today. But I am staying with my low cal healthy snacks. Will be making some fish tonight and home made potato salad with lots of veggies on the side.
Yesterday I finally was able to work out on my Wii fit plus. So far it's only Yoga, but tomorrow I will try to do some basic step exercises. And every day I walk for about 15 minutes. I guess that is not too bad for someone , who had her left knee replaced 6 weeks ago.
