I had a good week overall. My eating was more on than off, but still room for some better portions. My exercise was good all week. Stress at work was the same, but I am working at not letting it rule me. My weight stayed the same (a loss of .2).
With spring arriving and the weather getting warmer, I am looking forward to getting outside more. I absolutely love this weather and I am smiling just thinking about it.
I made some healthy green (St Patrick's Day) recipes for the staff at work. On Friday, it was a healthier version of lime cheese cake from the Sparkpeople recipe site. I had tested it out on my family a few weeks earlier and it went over well. I brought back an empty dish from work, so I take that as a positive sign. On Saturday, I changed up the orange dreamsicle recipe to make lime creamsicle pots. They too were low calorie and went over well at work. We are doing a potluck at work in 2 weeks and I signed up for salsa chicken. I like the idea of bringing a crockpot of salsa chicken with fajita wraps and some healthy toppings. I really enjoy sharing my healthier versions of delicious food with others.
My goals for this week are to continue doing what I am doing. Living life in a healthy and happy way. Have a wonderful Spring day fellow Sparkers!
