This morning I weighed in surprisingly finding more than a pound loss from yesterday! It's amazing how the body holds onto weight one day, then it is just gone the next.
I think part of it is that I actually got enough protein for the day, usually that's the hardest thing for me to get without going over my calories or fat for the day. I love my meat and it usually pushes one of those over.
I started out at 230 and I'm now hovering just above 210 (.6 away from that goal!). According to my ticker, that's a quarter of my full goal! It's taken just slightly over 2 months to hit that goal. I have no real time constraint on my goals, but the entire goal should happen before the end of the year. Right now I'm about 3-4 pounds ahead of the goal line.
I hope this trend keeps up, last time I dropped a bigger number I managed to have a no loss week. Hopefully it won't be the case this week. I'm working hard to keep up the losses with walks in the park, trying to get 10,000 steps in (although I'm closer to 6,000 a day right now), and eating within my ranges. I didn't even manage to go over my range like I try to do once a week and I still lost this week. I must be doing something right for my body.
If I can keep this up, I'll be at the end before Christmas!
