At my gym they have daily classes called Silver Sneakers, for seniors. Many of the regulars are older AND more fit than I, but I have built up my endurance to get thru the hour class. Today there was a 'fill in" that just did not seem to have any enthusisiasm at ALL, would do so many reps on one side and then forget doing the other, did not seem to have a routine in his head.. usually enjoy the class but was sorely disappointed today! Normally I only attend the class once every couple weeks, the rest of the time I use the elliptical, tread mill, stationary bike and rowing maching, other exercise and weights at home maybe once a wk. Took me my entire life to get around to exercising but now I LIKE it and it sure has benefits! My BP is lower, blood sugar lower, energy UP! Wish I had done this years ago! Everybody keep moving!!
