Day 3 - 2 Week Experiment

Still struggling with fitness. Felt like I was in the car the entire day, constant running (from behind the wheel).

Food - Had a really good moment at dinner. When I was running my husband and son to the airport we ran through Jack in the Box for their dinner. I soooo wanted some curly fries. I'm not a big french fry person, but I let myself get too hungry. I ate one. Just one fry. That's usually an impossible feat, but I did it. Just one. Maybe next time none, but I still consider this a success.

Stress Level is a little high - still a lot going on. Met with a friend to talk through some of the really tough things going on right now. That really helped.

Energy Level is still low.

Water - All 8 and more.

    Good going on eating just one---they do say that if you have that craving and eat just a little, you are fine---it is the putting it off and putting it off that leads to a big splurge----and some days are just not condusive to cardio----it is okay to take one day off---just do a little more the next day.
