This is not easy for me

Monday, March 19, 2012

This is not easy for me I dont post photo's that I dont like. I am posting them today in hopes it will inspire me to stay on track this by far sucks and I never want to be in this spot again.

I am not at my largest weight but I am not far from it. I dont want to post this but I feel I need something to help push me and I will be posting new photo's for every 10lbs I lose that way I can see how far I have came and I am also going to start doing the video blogs....

Please if you dont have anything nice to say THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!
here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know how much it sucks to take those photos and see the stark reality of how you look (I have similar photos of me at 335 lbs, but keep them tucked away on my PC, not brave enough to post on SP!).... but as badly as you feel now about those pics, you're going to feel ten times better when you look at new photos and see your progress! It will make you feel great about how you look as the pounds come off, about your hard work, and all that you have achieved over time. So keep it up, do your best, and don't be too hard on yourself. You can do it! ^_^

Congratulations on taking this big step. You are far braver than I, for I have no pictures of myself anywhere.

Aw girl! You just took one MAJOR baby step forward! I'm so proud of you! I tend to wimp out when it comes to that and even though I had taken before pics when I started my Rushfit Program I then got sick so they wouldn't apply to that program. I don't even remember what weight I weighed in at when I took them!

You've inspired me though! Gonna have to do some more and then keep going like you!

We'll kick those pounds to the curb together! Woo hoo!!!

And I also see you're the graphic artist! Yay! I can't wait to see what you come up with!!! Sounds like fun!

Have a great day today and emoticon on holding yourself accountable!

I have my before pics but no guts to post them. You are brave and you will totally rock this :) I look forward to seeing those progression pics in the future - just keep in mind that even if the scale doesn't move, you are still making progress. Sometimes physical and sometimes mental - both are important in your journey.

You can do it - we are here for ya'!

You are very courageous and are putting yourself out there for the world...not many of us have the will to do that (including myself).

One cannot change until admitting that something needs to change.

I wish I'd taken more "before" pictures. I only have a few pictures of myself at my heaviest (which was around 250 and I'm only 5'0.5"), and I only have one scanned. I've been meaning to post it, but I just never have! Even now I'm afraid to take pictures of my belly, which is probably where I've seen the most improvement.

Anyway, thank you for posting these and making me think about it.

So impressed by your courage to post pictures! I am still trying to get up the courage to take my "before" pictures.

This is a safe place. Nowhere to go but down pound wise and nowhere to go but up emotionally and physically! You'll do great! :)

You have alot within you to be brave enough to post your pictures. I admire you for doing just that. That could be the turn-around key! Alot of people have done that to help them to get going and it sure can help. It sure can't hurt! We're all in the same boat! I have so much to lose to. And it is hard! I would LOVE to keep eating like I always had, but I know I can't and that I have to change. I got so scared in life, so that's why I'm here on SP! My sister died a little over 2 years ago from Diabetes and she was only 54. It was so sad to watch her get more and more weak! I'm going to add you as my friend, because I can really use support from you every now and then and I hope that I can say a few things every now and then to support you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You are incredibly brave! I don't think this is a place where people would not be encouraging. I started the picture taking also and cannot wait for the next month progress pic :) so much more satisfying than a scale.

Keep it up girl! You are great!
