I've been off and on with SparkPeople since 2007, but I've been back on since Oct 2011 when I hit my high of 198lbs. I'm down 14lbs since then, but I haven't lost any weight since Dec 2011, so I'm "hitting the books' so to speak and getting back into the exercise routine.
I've been trying to get some sort of workout in each day, be a it a bike ride, walk or exercise DVD. So far, I've been doing pretty good. Just this weekend, I passed to 5000 minutes of exercise goal! I'm also keeping track of how far I've "traveling" as I exercise. Thus far, I have gone 12.96 miles. This puts me about 1 mile from the Lincoln-Lyon County border (from my house). We'll see how far I go by the end of the month!
