4 days ago I started HCG (well a brand sold at Walmart ) drops .
I have not counted steps or even bothered working out much except
for minor walking. I will do my weigh in and let everyone know how
well it has worked for me eating what I want and just using the drops.
IF it does some good(1 or 2 pounds would be good) then I plan on calorie
counting and trying that with more exercise for a week and update my
blog on it as well.
My wife is having a hysterectomy or however you spell it day after
tomorrow... I think this has had me down a bit and worried some.
I know things will work out. Her mother and father are coming up and will
be helping me take care of her. Then after 2 weeks we will return her mum to
North Carolina and stay at a retreat in the mountains for 12 more days.
This will be wonderful and a treat to say the least. Her parents are not rich
but work for a retreat company hehe thus the free stay!
