Yesterday I got through the high carb day with one cheat meal...in a way I find I miss eating fat...but come tomorrow I get to eat all sorts of fat lol. Today is my offical day of starting to cycle my carbs and I got through(well the day isn't done yet but I am pretty sure I will make it) todays high carb day ( I get 4 high carb days and 3 low carb days) there was no cheat meal today ...this carb cycling is not to bad but I really am liking peppermint tea ( it helps to curb the appetite) ! And boy is it hard to come up with the right meals to suit everyone in one household and stick to your guns and eat to lose at the same time! But at least with Chris Powells Carb Cycle Diet its not to bad just complicated lol.
Today first thing I did Pump Sport Attack..that workout has become a favorite out of all my 300 and some workouts I keep on popping that one in...its a great short 30 minute pump your blood cardio workout and the music is awesome and it keeps you pushing hard! So glad I got that Pump set!
