Today is a beautiful day and the first day for "Walk Across Kansas". My husband is enrolled in the program through work but we are going to do it together. My goal is to build myself back to where I was last fall and completing a 5K walk/jog in 35 minutes. I know that is slow but it is good for me.
I also want to get back into my jazzercise several times a week. This should definitely help me get to my goals.
