I am so happy!
Yesterday was weighing day, so I kind of hear the drumming rolling in my ears, and stepped on the scale. 139,6.

Ok, I expected more (I mean, less. I mean, you know).
But then I measured myself. Wow, that was awesome! In two weeks, I lost another half an inch in the waistline, 0.4 inch in the bottom, 0.3 in thigh, 0.15 in calf.
Since January first, I have lost 2 inches from my waist, and that is what really matters to me!

I had a nice many-activities-few-calories day, including some going out with friends with just a little snack and no dinner. Ok, I was terrible hungry when I got home last night, but had a glass of water and went right to bed. And then just woke up (at noon!), starving, but guess what?

I couldn't resist to weigh myself once again, since I was feeling so light. And...

Ok, I know it probably wasn't a healthy way, that must be water fluctuation and I shouldn't expect to stick to such an enormous "loss" for 1 day, but hey, that made me so cheerful today, that I will be careful with what I eat, even today that is Sunday, just to preserve my 138,2.

Oh, and had just 1 slice of 7-grain bread with light spreading cheese and 1 orange. I am waiting for lunch, that my mother was cooking already before I woke up.

Next weighing: Saturday morning. This is working!
