OMG this is scary & embarrassing not a pretty site at all but its something that needs ot be done. I am now doing Spark Sweatsuit to swimsuit challenge a 7 day program along with my regular workout routine then in May 1st I start "Better Beach Body" 6 weeks strength training. So needles to say I would like ot see if I have an progress along the way and see in pictures the transformation (hopefully)
I was reading Leigh Peele's blog on body fat percentages and they suggest pictures are the best way to judge how one is doing and wear the same outfit for all the pictures through your transformation so here goes and remember I warned you not a pretty site to see an hopefully I won't be the cause of any heart attacks

and of course TOM had ot show up yesterday but I still did the pictures anyway.

Now that is over Today was evaluation time at work April 25th will be 5 years there for me got the usual raise Manager who chewed my out a couple of weeks ago did during the eval tell me I am dependable & reliable though I need ot use open door policy as I have much influence on the other cashier. So I guess she is over her mad at me
Starting tomorrow I am on vacation until Friday had hours left that I had to use or lose. Have lots planed around the house and make the gym every day. I so need the rest from work.
I did good this week got a work out in everyday well I need ot do Coach Nicole workout for today of the challenge. Pat on my back for making sure I did something. Hoping I'm out of the funk I was in during the winter.
Still wondering if I really should hit the "post blog entry " button or not OH what do I have to lose.?
