I took my 10 minute walk today after I worked out at the Y for about 1 hour. Mostly my legs and core. Needless to say my legs felt like rubber during the walk lol.
Here is todays spring picture:
My freggie rainbow consisted of an orange, red strawberries, green lettuce, red tomatoe and a green cucumber.
9 1/2 cups of water .... done. Glad that's over .
So and now I go and claim my points!
