With the countdown to this photo shoot the 12-week fitness group has been pushing HARD! For the last 2 weeks we've been allowed to attended any number of other classes at the boxing club that we want. This morning I went to 10am boxing and then had my training session at 11. We did Tabata intervals, which are basically 20 or 30 seconds of exercises, as many as you can, with 10 or 20 seconds of rest. This is the second time we've done this workout and I ANNIHILATED my previous scores! Although, I was also very hungover the first time I did them. We did 8 rounds of 30 seconds, so here are my results from today compared with a few weeks ago:
Burpees - 33 (prev) / 56 (today)
Squats - 90 / 178
Push ups - 58 / 75
Jacks - 70 / 221
Crunches - 99 / 148
Split Jumps - 32 / 191
it's almost embarrassing looking at my measly 32 split jumps score from a few weeks ago! I blew it out of the park today with 191!!! Same with Jacks! Actually, lol, pretty much everything has improved A LOT!! I'm feeling pretty proud =)
I've been eating a lot of tuna, and other fish, and veggies. I can't wait until after next Saturday when I can have some mutha f-ing TOAST!!! hahaha
