03-17-12 I have eaten 4.5 ounces of Hershey's candy bars today. I just do not eat the foods I should .. I had the makings for a delightful salad for lunch along with my egg and toast for breakfast.
I walked an hour most of which was at an aerobic pace.
I am not loosing weight ... but I mean to change all that.
One little change every day.. So I will be walking an hour a day instead of 30 minutes. .

walking does make the day better but you might have to shake things up too. Maybe some light weights to start. emoticon

    Walking really helps stay focused.
Chocolate - not so much...........but it is SO DANG GOOD... can't complain, right?

I am so out of balance right now, I think i would tip over if I walked very much.
hahahaha... My diet sucks, my lab work sucks and my exercise sucks.

SO YOU ARE DOING A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN SOME PEOPLE...(like me)
