Well today was a great day and this weekend is looking promising. I finally have a gym partner and he has kept me motivated....my hubby!! We hit the gym today and worked out for an hour while the kids were at their school movie night. Together Nick and I have decided to spend our weekends at the gym instead of lying around the house doing nothing. The kids get to swim on the weekends so he and I rotate who gets to workout. He works out for an hour and then I do and so on. I hope that I can keep this momentum up. This month should be great for sure but next month will definitely be a challenge because my classes start up again. I am getting so frustrated with my weight though and I know that I need to workout more and eat better in order to meet my goals. I hope to meet a few team members that can inspire me and push me towards reaching these goals. My weight goal for this challenge is to get down to 205. That is a very heavy goal I know but I plan on leaving it all in the gym! GO REDS!!!
