Day 17...Focus on The Positive

I've decided to only focus on the positive when I come here to SP. I'm going to take the negative stuff to a different place, my place of faith. I think when I come here I'm only going to celebrate the good things I've done. There's enough negativity everywhere we turn so this is my "happy place."

So, what was good today...I took my dog for a lovely morning walk under the sun and in the Spring-like weather. I took my iPod with me and had a soundtrack for our morning walk. Also, as I watched International Ghosthunters (thank you, Netflix), I did a series of leg toning exercises!!!!! I think I need to create workouts for the t.v./Netflix addict=)

I'm being taught many lessons right now and I'm working on processing the new perspectives I'm gaining!!!

So, here's to the positive *clink, clink*

    Great attitude! I always like to include a "today's good thing" in my blog posts. It really helps me reflect on the positive rather than the negative. emoticon

    Joherbalife, I agree!! I've decided to vent the negatives to a few "safe" people in my life and to also surrender those negatives to God (this works for me because my faith is the essential of who I am and I know this isn't something everyone is led to do). I do appreciate the kind words...I have released many of negative feelings here on SP and people have been soooo kind! Thank you!!!

    As I travel this health journey , there's some hurdles & it's ok to talk about negative things. It's healthy to let it out . I'm glad u choose to focus on positives , but what happens when U arenT felling so well ? Or when the world gives u so much stress ? It's healthy to vent. People who donT understand you will judge , but most humans have + & - . People who supports you will understand.
