Well, of course I want to lose some weight. At one point I had lost over 50 pounds. I have slowly been putting it back on and struggling to keep a healthy routine.
So my mini goals are:
Drink at least 6 glasses of water each day
Track everything I eat and try to incorporate more protein and fiber
Try a new healthy recipe each week
At least 4 heart pumping cardio sessions each week
Strengthening core, upper, and lower 2x each week.
Stay on track on the weekend
And a BIGGIE for me is not eating mindlessly at night.
