White Tiger Spring Challenge Goals

Well, of course I want to lose some weight. At one point I had lost over 50 pounds. I have slowly been putting it back on and struggling to keep a healthy routine.

So my mini goals are:

Drink at least 6 glasses of water each day
Track everything I eat and try to incorporate more protein and fiber
Try a new healthy recipe each week
At least 4 heart pumping cardio sessions each week
Strengthening core, upper, and lower 2x each week.
Stay on track on the weekend
And a BIGGIE for me is not eating mindlessly at night.

    Ahhh mindless eating...yes yes I have heard of it myself! I try to set a "time" when I can no longer eat at night! Sometimes it helps and sometimes it does not. But I do try to surround myself with nothing but healthy snacks...which sometimes is a pain when I'm craving chocolate! LOL! It's a pain, but it is a good pain to have! Your goals look great and I know you will reach them! YAY!

    Diane, how irritating to start putting it all on again. I think I would be heartbroken! I know you will stick to your goals, you sound really determined and we are all here to back you up. Have a great spring challenge!
