Wooo hoooo!!! I lost my first 5 lbs.....again!

Actually I've lost 6.6 pounds this week, but who's counting??!! ME!! That's who!! I get my first book from my incentive list and I'm on my way to goal #2. This week I have been concentrating on drinking my water. Next week I am going to continue with the water and add daily exercise. It will be at least 10 minutes a day. I said I was starting over and I truly meant it.

    Good for you you took the biggest step coming back and restarting the journey Just remember what Audry Hepburn said Nothing is Impossible the word it self says I M POSSIBLE !
