Actually I've lost 6.6 pounds this week, but who's counting??!! ME!! That's who!! I get my first book from my incentive list and I'm on my way to goal #2. This week I have been concentrating on drinking my water. Next week I am going to continue with the water and add daily exercise. It will be at least 10 minutes a day. I said I was starting over and I truly meant it.
