So I have been back on track for 4 days now and all is going well until it is time for dinner. The first day that I missed dinner it was because I didn't expect to be gone as long as I had been. I really don't have an excuse for last night though. I truly wasn't hungry when I left the house and I honestly anticipating being back in time to get my dinner in. But once again, I stayed longer that I thought I would, so I ended up skipping dinner all together. I don't want this to become a habit. I know that going long periods of time without eating will force my body into starvation mode. SO no matter how healthy I eat during the day, my body will "store" instead of "burn" which will be counterproductive. So my goal for today is to not miss dinner. I already have a plan in place, I just need to execute it.
