Crash and Burn

So I have been back on track for 4 days now and all is going well until it is time for dinner. The first day that I missed dinner it was because I didn't expect to be gone as long as I had been. I really don't have an excuse for last night though. I truly wasn't hungry when I left the house and I honestly anticipating being back in time to get my dinner in. But once again, I stayed longer that I thought I would, so I ended up skipping dinner all together. I don't want this to become a habit. I know that going long periods of time without eating will force my body into starvation mode. SO no matter how healthy I eat during the day, my body will "store" instead of "burn" which will be counterproductive. So my goal for today is to not miss dinner. I already have a plan in place, I just need to execute it.

    YAY for being back on track. You can do this! You are worth it. Just figure out what you like that is portable.

    What I do is if I am going to be out longer than I expected I always take my foods with me so I will be able to stay on plan and always be prepare and not to eat off plan and that is the secret of being successful on any plan. You can do it.
