Today's Food and Exercise Plan

Exercise: Walk 1 mile if weather permits... if not... 20 min of wii

Food:
Breakfast - Scramble with egg beaters plus one egg, veggies and salsa, with tea and small glass of milk (180)

Lunch - whole grain bread sandwich with last of the leftover mexican chicken, tomato, spinach, sprouts, chipotle ranch... side of carrots (360)

Dinner- Rice Meatballs (aka porcupine balls) made with a mix of turkey and lean beef with whole grain instant rice, cooked in tomato juice, with corn... side of small spinach salad (380)

Snacks
- yogurt (140)
- portioned out trail mix if needed (120)

Goal - 8 glasses of water
