Hard times

So lately I've been having some hard times. Last week was spring break and with all the walking around I hurt my foot. I think I strained something on the top of my foot. Its still hurting even now and I'm having a hard time exersicing and getting motivated.

Its getting better which is good, but it was almost better and then I decided to go running which wasn't a good idea but I had to get out and do something. The next day my foot hurt so bad i could barely walk. Today its a lot better, but I'm still struggling to walk a little bit.

I know that this is only a temporary set back and I'm ready to face it head on.

    Take care to rest it enough. A few days down will not harm things in the long run, although there are plenty of things you can doing besides running. Hope next week is better for you.

    Make sure to recover completely so this doesn't become
    a chronic condition. Give yourself time to heal and try
    doing something that will benefit you and your foot.
