For the second time in a month I've gained weight but I'm okay with it. Fortunately for me I check my fat percentage and the amount of fat pounds I've lost/gained. I went from 244 to 246-1/2 pounds, but my body fat % went down and my lost 1/2 pound of body fat. So that means I've gained 3 more pounds of muscle! And it is showing. I am getting slimmer and receiving compliments from people who notice the change. I guess I'll have to find a way to lose more fat during the week so that the overall effect is a loss. But for now, I'm happy with the way things are going. Any suggestions on how I can accelerate the fat loss safely would be appreciated.
